One of the greatest challenges newly arrived refugees have after coming the US is that of housing. Landlords often want maximum rent but entry level jobs often pay very little. GIFC helps refugees with rent assistance and works with local people to invest in homes for refugees. We are also open to donors providing funds for GIFC to purchase a home for a refugee family.
